1. Nature of Website Content and Client Materials
This website and its client materials provide preparation for college admissions tests and guidance in decisions related to college/university admissions and college/university commitment.
2. Mutual Responsibilities
Implicit in retaining the services of MyTC is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid email address to enable communication between the client and MyTC. Recipients of MyTC’s Services must have the standard technology that is normally necessary to view or interact with any website; this includes access to a computer or mobile device, internet connection, and compatible browser.
Dr. Kennedy accepts complete responsibility for rendering and guaranteeing services purchased by the client (i.e. Dual ReVu Admissions Test Materials, MyCSF Advisory Services, and MyCCN Advisory Services).
Dual ReVu Admissions Test Materials are available through the MyTC Client Account for three months from date of purchase. The client can access Dual ReVu Materials, conveniently organized by topic and theme, at any time and at any place.
MyCSF and MyCCN Advisory Services are provided to the client within 48 hours of MyTC’s receipt of the respective Intake Forms. MyCSF and MyCCN Intake Forms are designed to be downloaded, filled out, and returned to Dr. Kennedy at firstname.lastname@example.org. Implicit in using MyCSF and MyCCN Advisory Services is following the straight-forward instructions for completing the respective Intake Forms.
Dr. Kennedy and MyTC keeps all personal information and communications completely confidential. In this agreement, “confidential information” refers to personal data, circumstances, and plans of a client, acquired in the context of services provided by MyTC. This includes any written information submitted to MyTC. Personal information includes:
(i) name and contact information,
(ii) race, national or ethnic origin, color, or religious beliefs,
(iii) age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status or family status,
(iv) health-care history, including information about any physical or mental disabilities,
(v) educational, financial, or employment history,
(vi) educational and professional plans,
(vii) personal views and/or opinions (with the exception of those which indicate the intent to or the act of engaging in unlawful activities as defined by the laws of the United States).
Client information is not with shared with any third party.
4. Distraction-free Guarantee
Dual ReVu Test Materials, MyCSF Advisory Services, and MyCCN Advisory Services do not contain any advertisements, pop-ups, gimmicks, or surveys. Dual ReVu Materials are designed to enhance readiness for the ACT and New SAT college admissions tests. The Intake Forms for MyCSF and MyCCN are designed to facilitate decisions related to college/university applications and attendance.
5. Secured Payment and Refund Policy
Secured payment is made through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. E-learning and online educational services are intangible goods, thus precluding returns and refunds for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The entire content of www.mytargetcollege.com and its complete body of Dual ReVu test preparation materials are the copyrighted and protected intellectual property of Dr. Suzanne Kennedy.
Implicit in accepting any and all of MyTC’s Services is the agreement that Dual ReVu Test Preparation Materials will not be replicated, distributed, bartered, or sold under penalty of infringing on intellectual property and copyright laws. Any form of infringement of MyTC content or Dual ReVu content will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dr. Kennedy is not responsible for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense related to any services provided by MyTC. Services provided by MyTC to a specific client should be regarded as professional instruction and advice intended to assist a client with admissions test preparation and choice of college or university. Any and all decisions relating to a client’s education, extra-curricular activities, and professional development are ultimately for the client to make.

MyTC Services are delivered in a manner consistent with these current professional guidelines: the 2017 Statement of Principles of Good Practice of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) and the 2016 Ethical Standards of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA).
